Build the line from modules. Do not treat “plain sheet machine” vs “hole towel machine” as two fixed SKUs.

Quote the wrapper on the folded pack for that order. Fold count follows your quotation—not another model’s sheet.
If you order the hole module: punch before the W-fold
With hole cutting fitted, cut the aperture on the open web, remove waste, flatten, then width-fold. Punching after a multi-layer fan-fold pierces every ply and drifts with fold tightness. Tape, glue, coding, and print—when ordered—sit on the open path per the drawing; they do not replace the pack-size check.

Leave aisle for the parent roll. Size the packer to the folded pack, not open-web width. Do not sum motor kW into one running load unless you measured that configuration.

Can the wrapper be quoted on open-web width?
No. Discharge is the folded pack. Collar and jaws follow pack size on your quotation.
Is fold count fixed at three?
No. Fold count is customized. The CZ1600 example often uses three half-folds in length—state what you ordered.
Does a hole module change folded pack size?
Not by itself. Pack size follows the fold recipe. The hole module changes cycle time and needs waste takeaway before the width fold.
Can one line run sheets and hole towels?
