2.Monitor Consumables: Blades and Grinding Wheels

- Replacement: The band saw blade and grinding wheels are essential consumables. Replace the blade immediately if you notice ragged edges or increased resistance during the slicing process.
- Sharpening: Use the provided grinding wheels to maintain the blade’s edge.

3.Ensure Stable Air Supply (0.4–0.7 MPA)
The pneumatic systems, including the large-bore air cylinders in the YWJ-DS-CFU model, rely on a consistent air supply
- Requirement: The air compressor (provided by the buyer) must maintain a pressure between 0.4 and 0.7 MPA
- Maintenance: Check for leaks in the air lines and regularly drain the moisture from the air tanks to prevent internal corrosion of the pneumatic valves.

The Delta frequency converters and Delixi electrical components are designed for durability, but they require a clean environment.
- Dust Removal: Use compressed air to blow dust out of the frequency converters and electrical cabinets monthly. Excessive dust can lead to overheating and unexpected downtime.
- Tightening: Periodically check and tighten all electrical connections to prevent issues caused by machine vibrations.

5.Safety Component Verification
Operator safety is paramount. The YWJ-DS-CF series includes specific tools to protect workers.
- Wooden Pusher: Always ensure the wooden pusher is available and in good condition. This tool is designed to prevent direct hand contact with the saw blade.

- Die-Cut Protection: For models with die-cutting assemblies, ensure the protective rings are intact to maintain both precision and safety.
