The lead time for customized machines varies based on complexity, typically ranging from a few weeks to one month. We will provide an estimated timeline with your quote.

We provide comprehensive after-sales service, including lifetime remote support, free remote installation and training guidance, and the option for on-site service at a fair cost. Our engineers can go to your factory for installation and debugging. We also provide technical training to ensure your staff can skillfully operate the machine.

We accept Letter of Credit (LC) and Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments.

The machine product quotation is valid for one month. After the quotation is confirmed, a deposit of 45-70% is required. Upon receiving the deposit, we will arrange production and notify you when the machine is ready.

After your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a production schedule and regular progress updates.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. In the mechanical processing industry, COD is less common due to the high value and customization of products, which often require advance payments or credit terms to manage production and shipping costs effectively. Instead, we typically use secure payment methods such as cash in advance or letters of credit to ensure financial security and streamline international trade processes.

We typically quote on an FOB (Free On Board) basis.

If you have a freight forwarder in China, we recommend consulting them directly for specific shipping costs.

If you do not have a freight forwarder, we can provide you with a preferential shipping rate from our long-term partnered freight forwarder.

Yes, we partner with multiple international logistics companies to deliver products safely and efficiently to your designated country and region.

According to FOB terms, customs clearance procedures and import duties are typically the responsibility of the buyer. We will provide all necessary documents to assist you with customs clearance.

 Typically, we wrap the machine body with moisture-proof plastic film and secure it with strapping bands, placing desiccants inside the container to prevent moisture. If you require custom wooden crates, we will tailor them to your specific needs, ensuring the machine arrives safely and undamaged during long-distance transportation.
